1. Who we are

evads is an online platform with which event organisers guide their promoters with tasks, proof via screenshots, personal ticket links, leaderboards and rewards. Contact: via the contact page.

2. Definitions

• Organiser: the party that organises an event and takes out an evads subscription.
• Promoter: a person invited by an organiser to carry out tasks.
• Edition: a specific run of an event within evads.
• Package: Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze, as described on the pricing page.

3. Access and account

• Access to evads is only possible through an invitation; there is no open sign-up.
• You keep your login details secret and are responsible for what happens with your account.
• You provide correct and up-to-date information.
• We may block an account in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

4. Use by organisers

• The organiser decides which promoters are invited, which tasks are posted and which rewards apply.
• The organiser is responsible for agreements with promoters, paying out rewards and the content of tasks.
• With every package, a connection with a ticket platform can be made. The organiser warrants that they are authorised to do so.
• Prices and payment terms are agreed in writing per organisation.

5. Use by promoters

• You carry out tasks truthfully. Screenshots and other proof must be real and yours.
• You do not share content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or in breach of the rules of social media.
• Ticket sales via your personal link are registered to determine your performance and rewards.
• Rewards are awarded and paid out by the organiser, not by evads.

6. Messages by email and sms

With your consent we send you emails and/or text messages about new tasks and other notifications within evads. That consent is voluntary, separate per channel, and you can withdraw it at any time via Settings or the unsubscribe link in every message. Important messages about your account (such as a password reset) can always be sent.

7. Content and rights

Content you upload remains yours or the organiser's. You give evads permission to store and display that content as far as needed to run the platform. The platform itself, the software and the evads brand remain ours.

8. Availability and liability

• We do our best to keep evads properly available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• We are not liable for indirect damage, missed revenue or decisions of organisers about rewards.
• Our liability is limited to the amount the organiser paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred.
• These limitations do not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

9. Termination

You can always have your account terminated via the contact page. An organiser can remove a promoter from an edition. After termination we delete or anonymise data as described in the privacy statement.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms. For important changes we let you know in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
