What evads does for you
From the first task to the last ticket sold: everything is in one place, with proof and numbers included.
Tasks and proof
The core of evads: you ask for something specific and you get it back with proof.
- Tasks per edition with a clear assignment, such as liking, commenting, sharing or posting something yourself.
- A deadline per task, so promoters know where they stand.
- You assign tasks to specific promoters; you decide who sees what.
- Promoters upload screenshots as proof (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB).
- You review submissions and reject with a reason when something is off.
Ticket links and sales
One link per promoter, so you know who sold what.
- A personal ticket link per promoter per edition, created and adjusted by you.
- You keep sales totals manually; you replace the total, you never add anything up.
- Every change keeps a history: who entered which total when.
- Optionally a discount description with the link, such as '50% off for your friends'.
- With a supported ticket integration (currently Weeztix): automatic tracking links and sales synchronisation.
Rewards and leaderboard
Goals promoters can follow themselves, without you having to do the math.
- Set a reward with a metric and a threshold, for example 20 tickets sold.
- Promoters see their progress as a bar; once the threshold is reached, the reward is earned.
- You mark a reward as handed out when you actually hand it over.
- Leaderboard on tickets, tasks, comments, shares or likes — with your own position included.
- Promoters only see each other's first names, never last names or email addresses.
Working together and overview
Several people at the table, each with their own role and their own view.
- Invite promoters personally or set up a general sign-up link.
- Accept or reject sign-ups; activate or deactivate promoters whenever you like.
- Editions: create them, update them and archive them once an edition is over.
- In-app notifications about new tasks, rejected submissions and earned rewards.
- Settings per organisation, including package and any Weeztix integration.
