About evads
Built from our own experience as event organisers
We are Stijn Oorthuijsen and Len de Koning, the founders of evads. From our own events, we know how much work goes into a single edition. That is why we built a platform that makes guiding and rewarding promoters easier to manage.
What began as a solution for our own events is now available to other organisers too.
It started in the promoter group
Through STYASS and BPM Europe, we both worked with promoters. People who helped our events grow by sharing posts, bringing friends along and distributing their personal ticket links.
We arranged much of this through WhatsApp. A new post went into the group, followed by reminders and individual questions. Meanwhile, we had to share ticket links, remember arrangements and keep track of guest list spots.
Some promoters did a lot. But we had no clear overview of who had done what and who had earned which reward. It took time and made it difficult to reward everyone in the same way.
So we started building it ourselves
We wanted promoters to see for themselves what was expected of them, how far they had come and what they could earn. And we wanted to follow that progress in one place as organisers.
That is how evads began.
A platform where you set up tasks, assign deadlines, track ticket sales and link rewards to clear goals. Promoters have their own account with their tasks, personal ticket link and progress.
This makes arrangements clearer for both sides.

Stijn knows event organisation through STYASS. There, he experienced how much time it takes to follow up with promoters and keep track of their contributions. He brought that practical experience to building evads.
Len de Koning
Co-founder
Through BPM Europe, Len faced the same challenges. Working with promoters involved group chats and separate arrangements, leaving no clear overview. Together with Stijn, he built evads to bring more structure to it.

As an organiser, you decide what you expect from your team and which rewards fit those expectations. Think of a guest list spot after a number of completed tasks, or drinks credit for tickets sold.
Your promoters see the available tasks and work towards the rewards you have set up. They submit a screenshot for completed tasks. You can review their submissions and follow your team’s progress.
